Returns or replacements are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect product delivered (design, size, color, or specification mismatch)

  • Damage caused during transit (must be reported with proof)

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the shipment along with clear photos or videos for verification.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Minor color variations due to fabric dyeing or screen differences

Shipping & Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are generally borne by the buyer

  • If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, return or replacement terms will be mutually discussed

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges are non-refundable

Order Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can only be canceled before production starts

    • Once production is initiated, cancellation is not possible

    • Advance payments may not be refundable after raw material procurement
